Further to our commitment and understanding the customer’s needs we promise the following:
We require a minimum of 10 hrs ( based on on our local time) notice in advance to cancel or amend a booking.
We will confirm receipt of your request, amend or create a new booking, cancel and refund as per customer’s request.
Once we provide a quote and it is accepted that will bind Ottimo Chauffeurs ltd and the client into an agreement governed under the Laws of England.
